Welcome to Fairways East Subdivision.
We are a site-condo subdivision with 97 homes. Our association takes great pride in serving its’ homeowners. The association dues are responsible for our garbage collection, street maintenance, snow removal and landscaping.
Fairways East offer a great location within the Chippewa Valley school district. Children from our sub attend Ojibwa elementary, Seneca middle school and Dakota high school.
Shopping is also just minutes away with Kroger and several food establishments close by. Partridge Creek and Lakeside mall are also just minutes away.
Our subdivision holds several family friendly events each year.
